These terms and conditions apply to the bag99 platform and all of its services. Reading these terms will help you understand how to use our services and what we expect from you.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on bag99. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Upon a request to verify age, the member must provide a valid form of identification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. bag99 reserves the right to immediately cancel an account if incorrect or false information is provided. Please notify us promptly if any of your information changes.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bag99 reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method at any time. The verification process may require any one of the following valid documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bag99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from your account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made only to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• All applicable bonus wagering conditions must be met.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.

3.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or banking issue, please notify the bag99 team. We will investigate and take the necessary action. bag99 does not impose any additional charges for failed transactions.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions in foreign currency, the responsibility for conversion rests with the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering conditions must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus can be converted to real money.
• bag99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If anyone misuses the bonus system, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, bag99 may offer various additional promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bag99 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in detail within the game. Users should read the rules of a game before starting to play.

5.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bag99 will refund the relevant bet amount.
• If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet, bag99's system logs are the final reference.

5.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting markets will be settled according to standard rules. If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount for that match will be refunded.

5.4 Casino Games

6.1 Password Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the bag99 support team immediately.

6.2 SSL Encryption

The bag99 platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your personal and financial information secure. Our systems undergo regular security testing.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any illegal purpose or for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the same person.

9.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any valid balance available before closure should be withdrawn beforehand.

• Internet Disconnection: bag99 is not responsible for any loss caused by issues with your internet connection.
• Third-Party Failures: Any delay or loss caused by technical issues with payment gateways or game providers.
• Force Majeure: Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government orders, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• User Error: Financial loss resulting from your own mistakes.

bag99 is never obligated to compensate more than the actual amount deposited by the user.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any change, you have the option to close your account.
